About Veronica Chapman
Director
Born in 1964 and educated in Zimbabwe. Veronica moved to South Africa in 1984 where she established and was Managing Director for 23 years of a Recruitment Consultancy, Executive Assignments, servicing Corporate and SME clients, recruiting middle to top management across a diverse range of business sectors including the Tourism industry.
She returned to Zimbabwe early 2011 and settled in Victoria Falls volunteering her time with Environment Africa and immersing herself in conservation and community development work which is her passion.
Veronica became editor of the Greenline Magazine which was re-launched and published to an international standard.
In 2014 she co-founded Greenline Africa Trust, focusing on rural community development, with sustainable projects that have tangible links to the tourism sector in the Hwange and Victoria Falls districts.
In 2015 she became the Africa representative for Green Tourism, www.green-tourism.com, one of the largest international sustainable certification programmes and launched in Zimbabwe in 2016 with a key focus on recognising and encouraging sustainable practices in the tourism industry within the KAZA region.
Veronica is excited about ACT where she will combine her people skills and professional management with her passion for conservation.
